When ICD commits to training at a business, it is not before we have done a thorough pre-evalutation - done either via the phone or by the Internet. It doesn't make sense for us to spend time at a business until we both know the time - and money - will be spent wisely.

Following the pre-evalution, ICD can make a more accurate judgment as to how much time will be needed at your business to develop the Internet processes or whatever it is that is determined to be done.

These trainings have been as little as a single day and as lengthy as three days. The work done during the on-site training is similar in scope to what we do with our ICD consulting except not in as great a detail nor will they need as much work. If they did, we would be doing a full-blown consulting instead of training.
