Our consulting service is an intense relationship with your business to build an Internet approach that makes the most sense for your business and product. The approach is not determined until there has been a thorough pre-evaluation – either in person or via phone/net. Once ICD has that information, we create a proposal for the business, complete with timeline, costs and all factors involved in its future Internet success.

Once the business has agreed to our proposal, and is ready for ICD, we will come to the dealership for one week (Monday-Friday) and do a complete Internet overhaul. That week-long consultation includes, but is not limited to:

• establishing processes,

• creating and/or modifying templates,

• evaluating and/or modifying phone scripts,

• ensure complete documentation,

• create an SOP (Standard Operating Procedures manual),

• comprehensive website analysis and modification (marketing, seo, sem, etc),

• training all people directly involved (director, managers, etc),

• show how to maintain everything that has been established,

• set up evaluation criteria,

• generate reports to show complete ROI.

ICD consulting, while one week in length, includes our follow-up with the business on the implementation of our processes for one year.
