ICD was formed in mid-2006 by Craig Criswell and Jack Loechel after years of successful implementation (see below)
of their Internet processes and strategies. The company is active in national associations to bring respectibility to
the Internet Sales position and approach. We will also show you how, when effectively implemented, your Internet approach will create a huge revenue stream for your

Craig Criswell's Background
Craig Criswell, President of Internet Certified Dealer, has been an Internet Director at several Denver area businesses
where the volume from the Internet Department sales at least tripled (based on
numbers prior to his process implementation) after the ICD system was installed and running. He has successfully managed
the system in a variety of businesses.
Prior to developing his approach to an Internet marketing process, Craig owned two different Internet businesses.
The first was a state-wide ISP (Internet Service Provider) where he did everything to bring in a trunk line from the
main backbone of the Net, to run lines and setup equipment. He sold that business to a phone company that already had
fiber optic cabling in the ground.
His second Internet company was an online shopping mall with over 100 vendors at its peak. He did all the website
creation, marketing (including the search engine marketing and optimization), billing and support. That business is
what set the groundwork for the development, and success of Internet Certified Dealer. And it should be mentioned
that prior to all of that, he taught school for 15 years. He was a teacher, coach, Athletic Director and sponsored
multiple academic activities.
Jack Loechel's Background
Jack Loechel, Vice President of Internet Certified Dealer, has worked closely with Craig at businesses where they
built the Internet Departments.. Jack had many successful years in the automotive business before leaving floor sales and
joining Craig. For many of those years, Jack was the top salesperson at the dealerships he worked.
Jack brings a lifetime of sales experience, an entrepreneurial spirit to match Craig's and an excellent golf game to
ICD. One of Jack's greatest strengths is his phone skills. He does all of the phone follow-up work on leads made
InActive by the Internet Sales people of the dealerships ICD works with.
Internet Sales Successes
Internet Certified Dealer was developed as a consulting and training company to businesses getting into or wanting to improve their ecommerce approach because of the
success Craig had with previous businesses. His processes were initially developed at a reputable Denver business where
previous internet sales with 4 people were considered adequate.. After creating a defined structure in
the department and putting procedures in place, the Internet department steadily grew and prospered - to the point of
setting records for sales 4 times higher than at the start. The business became one of the top producing ecommerce locations for
a 400+ nationwide chain.
Craig left that business to take on another business looking to make an impact on the Internet. It was a proving ground to see if the
success he had previously was a result of the product, or because of the people he had around him or possibly the
system he developed really did work. The new business, on one year's time tripled their internet productivity. However, when new management was brought into the
business, it was made clear he did not believe the Internet was a viable way to do business and wanted all the Internet sales
people to not "sitting in front of a computer".
The next business brought Craig in to turn a non-existent department around. Here his processes quadrupled business. From there he moves to an eight
storefront chain of stores. It took a while to get the exisiting internet people turned onto his process but the results spoke for
themselves. They did record sales out of the Internet department in the month Craig left (only 5 months into the
position). And they have set several records since that time as well.
Craig goes over all the specific reports and numbers for these businesses as well as those he had consulted and
trained since starting ICD in the workshops and training he does. He has proven his process does work in
a variety of businesses but he is quick to point out that he does not have the "magic bullet". No matter
what you implement, it takes time to see the results but if you are patient and persistent, the numbers will be
awesome.
